Program Outline

Engaging high school students in the St. Louis bi-state area, Students on the GO! encourages an active lifestyle through a structured 20-week training program. This initiative prepares participants for distance events like 5K, 10K, and half marathons. Alongside tailored training plans for various fitness levels, students receive motivational and nutritional support from the GO! St. Louis team. The program journey emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and personal achievement, culminating in race participation, where students can experience the joy of reaching their fitness goals.
