GO! St. Louis announced a partnership today with Spewak Training, a locally-based company offering personalized training plans and coaching services to athletes of all abilities. In addition to organizing many of the region’s top events, GO! St. Louis is committed to being a resource to runners and walkers of the area. This partnership with Spewak Training is an exciting new way to offer more services and information to help GO! St. Louis community members achieve their goals and to make running accessible to all.
“GO! St. Louis is thrilled to begin working with Mark Spewak and his team at Spewak Training,” said GO! St. Louis president, Mona Langenberg. “The strength of GO! St. Louis events lies in our local running community. Mark has done amazing things to build and grow running in St. Louis, and we are pleased to be working together to continue that mission by helping area runners set and achieve goals through personalized training.”
Mark echoed that enthusiasm for the partnership, saying “our mission at Spewak Training is to align ourselves with organizations who share a similar vision. We are excited for all of the opportunities ahead together!”
Through GO! St. Louis, Spewak Training staff will begin this partnership by offering 8-week training plans for the upcoming Great GO! St. Louis Halloween Race, scheduled for Sunday, October 21. Personalized training plans can be written for runners training for any of the event’s distances – 5K, 10K or half marathon.
