About
The Forest Park Track Club (FPTC) is a performance-oriented training group which trains daily in and around Forest Park. Our team aims to perform at our best given the demands of daily life and time restrictions (we focus on rugged flexibility). Our team members train for a wide range of events (doing 2-3 workouts per week) ranging from the mile to marathon.
With the above being said, we also enjoy running easy and spending time with friends.

- Wednesday @ 6:00am: Cheshire Starbucks - workout
- Thursday @ 6:00am: Kaldi's Demun - easy
- Friday @ 6:15am: Forest Park Visitor Center - easy
- Saturday between 6:00am - 7:00am (depending on the season): Forest Park Visitor Center or Cheshire Starbucks - workout
- Sunday between 6:00am - 7:00am (depending on the season): Forest Park Visitor Center - long run
- Note: Avg pace for easy days is between 7 and 7:45/mile.
