Camp R&R – a Women’s Weekend - GO! St. Louis

Camp R&R – a Women’s Weekend

Camp Wyman, Eureka, Missouri
Race day count down

What would you do with 36 free hours in the woods surrounded by like-minded women?

Would you…

Enjoy making a craft?
Challenge yourself to a new activity?
Spend time in nature?
Sit and read?
Learn something to help with the craziness of life?
Be quiet?
Laugh with friends for hours?
All of the above?

Welcome to Camp R & R!

Imagine having a weekend to get away from it all and do what recharges you most. Whether you spend your time learning a craft, starting or growing your yoga practice or pursuing mindfulness techniques, we have you covered. Is getting outside in nature to hike, run or climb more your speed? You can do that too! Classes for wine pairing, sessions from experts in women’s health topics, workshops on creating a strength routine that you can use at home? You can do it all!

And here’s the best part: just like camp, you get to pick what you do. If you’re a craft-a-holic, you can choose every craft session we have. But if you want to spend the whole weekend outside, you should! Our sessions will be set up so that you can choose and customize your experience to fit your interests and your goals for the weekend.  And don’t forget, FUN is our priority. So we’ll be sure to have down time (or make your own – you don’t have to go to every session!), fun social time, time around the campfire, and even some social runs, walks, hikes & more.

Grab some friends, or come solo. Come for the weekend, or even just the day (yes, there is a single-day option!). Come to Camp R & R and take a break from it all.

Registration Options

Overview

Take a break from it all to recharge with us at Camp Wyman, official headquarters of Camp R & R.  Check in on Friday afternoon or evening and have a low-key night with us, then get set for Saturday, a full day of learning, making, doing, and, of course, getting some R & R!  Saturday evening will be a fun, social event with some after dinner optional activities to enjoy all while you hang with friends – old and new! Our final hours of Camp R & R will end on Sunday morning with morning activity options, breakfast, and a great send off!

Lodging

Lodging at Camp R & R is traditional camp-style cabins. Each cabin sleeps 8-10 women, and has its own bathroom & shower facilities. Cabins include all linens and room amenities.

Meals

Meals are served at the Camp Dining Hall, with a log-cabin style building that will make you think you’re in The Parent Trap! (but with WAY better food than traditional summer camp fare!) A snack bar and drink station will be available (almost) 24 hours a day, and we’ll even have a small “canteen” to buy snacks and items you might have forgotten.
