Seize the Day 5K Run/Walk

Please join us on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Kirkwood Park in St. Louis as we raise much needed funds and awareness for those impacted by epilepsy in Kansas and Missouri. This family-friendly event features a timed 5K run and 1 mile walk that attracts hundreds of enthusiastic participants each year. Both the 5K and 1 mile walk start at 7:30 a.m.
After the race and walk, we will have bubbles, snow cones, face painting, a balloon artist, and more!
Note that we will be collecting art supplies for Art4Epilepsy at the race. We will have a collection bin for new art supplies that Art4Epilepsy will be donating to kids in Epilepsy Monitoring Units in St. Louis.
