Millstadt Parks Biathlon & 5K

TAKE THE CHALLENGE! The Millstadt Biathlon tests your fitness level along with your cycling skills! The biathlon consists of a 5 mile run run through scenic farmland, then grab your bike for a 22 mile ride. The high speed turns, rolling hills and scenic farmlands make this a can’t miss event. The 5K run is an out and back course. Millstadt is located 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Join us for post-race beer and food afterwards! All proceeds go to the Millstadt Park Fund to help with many fun and exciting programs for kids of all ages.
Race day registration is available onsite.
The course closes at 11am, and anyone on course after 11am will be picked up by the trail vehicle.
