Find Your Rest Ministries – Building FYRM Foundations 5K/1M

Find Your Rest Ministries presents its third annual 5K. There will also be a Mile Walk/Run for those who don’t want to complete an entire 5K. In addition, there will be a Half Mile Kids Fun Run, a Toddler Toolbox Trot, and fun outdoor games for the whole family! The proceeds will help our ministry meet the needs of struggling families all around the world. Free T-shirts will be given to all registered participants.
