Join our Volunteer Team!

If you are looking for a fun and rewarding experience, consider joining the more than 2,500 volunteers who help make GO! events and programs a success. The GO! St. Louis Family Fitness Weekend requires the majority of our volunteer needs, but as a not-for-profit organization, we have additional opportunities for anyone looking to donate their time.

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities Include:

GO! St. Louis Halloween 10K & Fun Run – October 2010
Volunteers needed all weekend to help with logistics, packet pick up and registration, and along the course.  All volunteers receive a t-shirt. Click here to see job descriptions and register!

Halloween 10K & Fun Run Water Station (Groups Only) – October 2010
Water stations are a great way to bring a group together to volunteer.  Groups can be creative by bringing music, decorating the area, or creating a theme.  And it IS Halloween so dressing in costume is encouraged!
If you have a group of 15 or more colleagues, students, or other group members and are interested in operating one of our water stations for our Halloween races, please contact Volunteer Coordinator Mona Langenberg (volunteer@gostlouis.org) for details.   This event has a limited number of group volunteer needs, so please contact our coordinator early to reserve a spot!

GO! St. Louis Marathon & Family Fitness Weekend – April 9 & 10, 2011
The GO! St. Louis Marathon & Family Fitness Weekend, our premier event, is scheduled for April 9 & 10, 2011.
There are job opportunities at all times during the weekend and doing a variety of things.  All volunteers receive a volunteer t-shirt. With 20,000 participants, we simply could not put on this event with out the help of our dedicated volunteers! Volunteer registration for the weekend will be available in Fall 2010.

GO! St. Louis Marathon & Family Fitness Weekend 2011 - Water Station & Group Volunteer Activities

If your group has interest in volunteering for the 2011 weekend, please contact Volunteer Coordinator, Mona Langenberg at mlangenberg@gostlouis.org for more information.
