Group Training runs on held on selected Saturdays, beginning in January and concluding in early April. These group runs are held in scenic Forest Park and offer an informal way to meet other fitness-minded people who have similar goals.
Participants will be divided by personal fitness levels, including; advanced runners, middle-of-the-pack runners and those runners and walkers that are just getting started. In addition to the group runs, a variety of GO! partners attend and provide information and demonstrations on topics such as: proper training techniques, shoe selection and injury prevention.
