Local runners Matt O’Connor and Hilary Orf were both winners in the 3rd annual GO! St. Louis All-American 5K & Fun Run, which took place on Sunday, June 15. O’Connor, 27, became the race’s first two-time champion, also winning in 2012. He posted a time of 14:38, which was only one second off his course record of 14:37. On the women’s side Hilary Orf, 24, won back-to-back titles after running a 16:54. Orf was followed by Crystal Harriss and Lisa Cary. Close to 2,000 runners and walkers participated in St. Louis Fastest 5K, which starts in Kirkwood and finished in Webster Groves, MO on a scenic neighborhood course.
