2014-trainingProper training can be the difference between an enjoyable and rewarding experience to an unsatisfactory outcome. Although there are a variety of training programs available for all abilities and distances, finding one that fits your schedule and needs is key. We recommend finding a training partner or group to join. The local running community is strong and welcoming. Whether you are just getting started or have been competing regularly, consider attending a group training run.

Our local training partner – Big River Running Company offers free training leading up to many of the GO! St. Louis races. The Spring Training Team will start on January 12. Big River offers a series of informational training Q&A’s sessions, before the team starts. For more information on upcoming training sessions visit HERE
