We recommend finding a training partner or group to join. The local running community is strong and welcoming. Whether you are just getting started or have been competing regularly, consider attending a group training run.

Our local training partner – Big River Running Company offers free training leading up to many of the GO! St. Louis races. The Spring Training Team will start on January 10, 2016.
