After 26 weeks of hard work, the program culminates each year when the students run their final 1.2 miles at our Annual Family Day in Forest Park.
More than 100,000 area students have accepted the challenge since the program was established in 2001. The Read, Right & Run Marathon® is open to schools and organizations in the St. Louis region.

“Outside of giving kids a strong academic education this is one of the best things I have been involved in doing for kids. To see the students work to accomplish and succeed at achieving a long term goal is just an awesome experience!”
– Della Bell-Freeman, Principal, Montgomery City Elementary
